Looks like Birchills Street bridge. Back in the 80's a Asian kid fell off that bridge into the canal and drown. I was just walking by and saw small crowd. I remember looking down over the bridge seeing fire brigade hooking the child wearing orange T shirt. Old man passing asked what's going on. When told replied "One less of the b****rs!"
