I see you are already in gpx.studio so I would use the cut tool combined with the merge tool.
You cut where you want to add a new trail and then use the merge tool to add another trail.

Back in the day I used to manually export the individual GPX files and edit using text edit (basically paste the relevant content) and save as a new GPX file. Too lazy to do that now – glad there are some tools out there that simplifies this.

gpsbabel can do this.
