Is it the right size? Is the frame cracked? Does it brake and shift. ? If so, then yes, or you will be repairing it for around $150
Do the tires have tread and hold air ?
The way the handlebars are mounted makes me shiver
If you’re looking for a cheap gravel bike, this seems good. I’d take it to a bike shop for a tuneup and new bar tape. Call a shop to get a quote before buying it to know how much it will cost to get the bike looked over and refreshed.
