I found this under my bike after riding the trainer today. I swapped the crankset on this bike about a month ago but not sure where this would even come from. Pics also include the crank.
This piece fits a 6mm Allen and has a rubber spacer on it.
Any ideas?

Seems like an insert to hold the thru axle to me
Is that plastic or metal?
What kind of bike is it. Give us a full picture please.
It looks like the buddy to the one on the other side of your crankset.
Or maybe it’s the oil pan drain plug.
Looks like you’re running the Magene PES 505 power meter. I’m sure that’s the part that secures the non drive side crank in place.
