A few days ago I mentioned I was given a vintage Peugeot. I am 6’1” (185.42 cm) and have been riding the PGN-10 for about 10 years. I will say I have loved it, but I have not appreciated it. Now that I have a second bike I have spent approximately 10 hours watching Bikespeeds and JustinDoesTriathlon renovate old bikes. I’m hooked.
Here are some pictures. The yellow bike is the one in question. UE-8 UO-8 or AO-8?
As you can see, it’s a bit banged up. I’m nervous, to be honest, because my pastor who gave it to me got hit riding it a few years ago. He hasn’t ridden it since. It does still have a Simplex rear derailleur but I can’t tell if the shifters are genuine. Obviously the pedals have been replaced
