Nope. Cheap 1970s bike-boom-era boat anchor. 50s bikes never came with wheel reflectors. That wasn’t a thing until the infancy of the safety movement of the 70s.
The name is the coolest thing about it. Steel rims, cottered steel cranks, low quality all around. I hope you didn’t pay more than $20 for it because that’s all it’s worth on a good day. Don’t even spend anything trying to upgrade it.
