Canyon Grizl 7. My first gravel bike I've bought and put in about 60 miles along the coast in Fort bragg.ITS AWESOME! I'm thinking about upgrading my wheelset since these wheels feel a bit sluggish compared to my coworkers who has the same bike but a custom wheel build.

Looks like you are running Nobby tyres.
Try changing tyres & see if possible
