I don’t/won’t ride without one.
Is that a speedframe pro in lunar grey? I smashed mine and destroyed it a few months back, it 100% saved my life.

Yea, saw just 3d picture of face that required titan plates to stay one piece. So wear your helmet if you have one you might not get live changing injuries!
And get a new one after an impact
