By the time it breaks down the roots will start feeding. Also here in Australia we have a liquid fertiliser called “Charlie carp” which is made from carp.

Honestly i don't understand why people just won't catch them, like, sure, even if they taste horrible like our carps in Europe.. why not catch them for pet food? I'm sure cats would thrive on this fish, even if it'd be processed into kibble by a corporation.

Soak in milk for an hour or over night. Super goid eating! Tastes like cat fish or sheapshead fish.
