  1. Great for the veggie garden. Dig a hole, drop it in. Cover with some garden powdered lime/dolomite lime, back fill and plant your veggie seedling. By the time it breaks down the roots will start feeding. Also here in Australia we have a liquid fertiliser called “Charlie carp” which is made from carp.

  2. Love Asian carp as food. If you actually know how to season your meat, you can make some bomb meals with it. I make Puerto Rican tacos or Jamaican jerk bites out of em

  3. Thats a LOT of food. Also Ive heard other people say carp taste bad and I don't know what their talking about because all the asian carp Ive had have been fine. Like there no samon but they're definitely not the worst fish Ive had.

  4. Honestly i don't understand why people just won't catch them, like, sure, even if they taste horrible like our carps in Europe.. why not catch them for pet food? I'm sure cats would thrive on this fish, even if it'd be processed into kibble by a corporation.

  5. I’m not sure what actions would have at least slowed the spread, but the Conservation Departments of the affected states basically just wrung their hands and sat on their behinds.
