Good drivers make bad cyclists worse.
Half of these 'vulnerable' put themselves in that position. It's so annoying.

Ashley, sadly it seems the vast majority of cyclists truly do believe , the Highway Code and laws of the road do not apply to them! also at 2:44 I was amazed to see a group of cyclists actually stopped at a red light!
People are getting ' Thicker' by the minute!
Riding at night with no lights while wearing dark clothes is insane.
And when these idiots are killed, motorists get the blame.
I maintain my opinion that this is a product of a long term brainwashing, where the bicycle has been lifted up as to be seen as THE solution for climate, pollution and mobility. Repeat this in infinity and people start behaving accordingly.

Speaking as a cyclist unfortunately the word "cyclist" gets tagged on anyone who rides a bike.
Those in the video unfortunately fall into the "person who rides a bike" category.
Are you serious, a cyclist stopped, there aren't any lines for no parking or no loading. The 1.5m rule is at 30, cars can filter past at a lot less. What if this was a car, (yes they do just stop in similar places?)

The others, well yep got to agree, some nut case cyclists/kids/delivery idiots out there, nearly 1/10th of the number of nut case drivers, except they will kill you.
One day, you will learn to differentiate between Cyclists, Delivery nutters on bikes, and kids on bikes. Do you seriously call some kid that stole a car, a driver?
1:20 hefty penalties should be applied to those pedestrian, cyclists, drivers, etc., that wear headphones while on the street. I'm pretty sure the guy on the bike was listening to some music oblivious of the traffic around him.
Thanks Ashley for the golden piece of advise – vulnerable road users don't have to be idiotic. But given the idiocy caused by bikers, it's high time for the authority to reconsider their vulnerable status & introduce mobile phone ban + some form of mandatary insurance at least for pro riders e.g. delivery bikers.

Mind boggling. I don't think you should be including illegal throttle e bikes in a bad cycling episode. They're not cyclists, they're motorcyclists.
Regarding the “you could get a bus through there” guy, if they had squeezed through he would have shouting about safe passing distance, just another road user with bad attitude.
A boy in the youth football I team I used to coach was forever turning up on his bike, no lights and no helmet was bad enough but the training kit is black as was his bike. Every time I mentioned it to him he just shrugged so I mentioned it to his mother, she didn’t care either and she’s a police officer!
Ash makes a point about the misinterpretation of the Highway Code hierarchy rules and cyclists thinking they have absolute priority and us motorists should allow them to do what they want. Just this morning I was turning into a road and was shouted at by a pedestrian for not stopping and allowing them to cross, they were still a couple of meters from the kerb when my front wheels were crossing the lines of the junction 🙄

As someone who’s been an avid cyclist for 30 plus years and a driver for only 3, I know understand why we are hated.. The amount I see riding their bikes like they are omnipotent is insane..
The problem is getting worse. I see all of these every week around my area. I still have a knee problem from doing an emergency stop when a kid cycled across the road from behind a van 10 years ago. I stopped 2 inches short of hitting the idiot.
Couple of weeks in hospital should sort it out
3:52 is in Leeds and especially silly because there are good cycle paths around there so you can avoid that massive roundabout, i know because i use them all the time!
Common sense suggests that if there is no legal consequence for cyclist not ensuring their own safety, not obeying the rules of the road or riding dangerously, then it should follow that there should be no legal consequence for drivers who are involved in accidents with those cyclists.

I see people walking across not looking/)caring. They have been told affirmed by Highway Code changes that it is the motorists responsibility to keep them safe. and it is motorists fault if they hit them and they have no responsibility for their own safety

2:27 The Highway Code (Rule 60) says "At night your cycle MUST have white front and red rear lights lit." This is not just a campaign, it's the law.
You can understand the motorists frustrations with cyclists ,when many have no regard for the very rules that are put in place to protect them, are regularly flouted.
