I bought the 1958 from a guy who found it hanging in a barn for about 40 years. Bought a 1963 women’s model from a guy and decided to put the three speed Sturmey-Archer and the rims (which were in much better shape) on the 1958.
Loved the patina so much, cleaned it up, re-pinstriped it, and clear coated it.
Original seat is spotless after a bit of cleaning.
Rides like a dream!!
