The Cheshire Elite 10k takes place on the legendary Pulford loop in Pulford Cheshire; known in running folklore as ‘The Magic Triangle’. This is one of the fastest routes in the UK and is the scene of Jake Smith’s legendary 2:11 marathon debut whilst acting as a pacemaker in the Cheshire Elite Marathon back in 2021.

That attack at the 7,6k mark was absolutely mind-boggling! How anyone could have those reserves left while already going a 3 min/k pace is beyond me. It looked like that man had just broken the sound barrier or something like that!

Had some receding issues around 7.5kms. Could be a small hairline tear issue.

Don’t the WR marathoners run at slightly faster paces for 4 times the distance?.?
Pretty sure the brownlees and other top triathletes do 10k faster than this after an hour of biking and swimming! 😂

Nice, but your camera guy should have gone back to film the pursuers as well, not just focus on the 1st guy. Everybody is giving it their all.
Для сельского бега вполне приличное время. У лидера очень высокий каденс, он бежал с каденсом ~ 195, примерно с 7 км каденс увеличился до 200, думаю пульс таким же был и он зашёл в лактатную зону, а до этого бежал в районе ПАНО. Лидер не кушал и не пил и чётко контролировал пульс.
