There should be a serial number stamped somewhere on the frame. Usually on the bottom of the bottom bracket shell but can be other places as well. If the bb shell lacks a number look at the rear dropouts. Write the number down and put it somewhere that you’re going to be able to find it. If your bike gets stolen it’s typically the first identifying mark on the bike that police ask for. Then call/email Look and tell them your serial number. They’ll tell you about your bike.
