I currently have a 1992 Giant Yukon that I’ve barely ridden since purchasing a 2022 Marin Four Corners 650b. I found a 2009ish Marin Larkspur for sale for $200 and the seller says theyre the original owner and it was never ridden and has been stored inside. There aren’t many photos but that appears to be true which could cancel out all the newer parts I’ve put on the Giant.
I’m trying to decide if the Larkspur would make a better commuter in conjunction with the Four Corners. Would the 700×35 be better than the 26×2.1 on the Giant? I still have steel and wider tires on the Four Corners if I want to go off pavement. Just trying to get some more thoughts on this decision.
