Looks like battery saver or gps issues on your phone (assuming you record on your phone).

That’s your phone. First steps would be to make sure you have GPS on highest accuracy possible.
I constantly had this issue with my Note 9. Eventually just got a Garmin watch and no more issues. My S23 Ultra seems to work fine but now I just use the Garmin watch
