Entry level for Shimano road groups but decent enough Sora and Tiagra components.
Ebay “sold item” prices are around $250 to $300 value.

$200-500 depending on your location and condition.
Condition is really important when buying a bike in this price range & age. If you can’t do the work yourself, a bike like this can easily need the cost you paid in repairs and replacement parts. Which could push this bike into $800-1000 territory. Which, no one will disagree, is too much for this bike.
Thoroughly check all the wear components. If things look good and its riding well, I’d have no issue recommending this for $400 or $500 in my market.
Honestly I would not pay more than $300. It looks like someone put cheap parts on an ok frame. But it’s hard to tell from the pictures. I think for $400 you might be able to get something better.
