Protecting from the number one crime in Paris….Pickpocketing Police Patrolling and Prepared riding along the Seine…… Paris in October may have a few cloudy days and perhaps a bit of rain BUT considering the Over Tourism of popular European destinations….it’s a great time to go to avoid massive crowds….yes there will be tourists, however not nearly the mob you will get from June – September
