How quickly can I get spotted by a Hikvision?

Anglia Square, Norwich. The security guard was nice. Same can’t be said with the security guards in an upcoming video, it has been edited, and has been sitting as unlisted for 2 weeks. I really want to urbex Anglia Square, sadly it’s super boarded up. I want to know what lifts the car park and Gildengate House have. When I was a kid, I rode the main lifts in Anglia Square car park, it was a single or two speed lift which was super harsh, this is a memory which has stuck with me. As I said in the video, if I don’t see it, this will get lost to history. Now I can’t even go to the upper level. It would help if I took the stairs on the far end and didn’t bring a bike. I hate that it’s getting more and more closed off.
