I have Strive CRF 2022 (bought new 2 months ago). Just today, while driving through the forest, I heard a “crack” – I stopped, and it turned out that the shapeshifter exploded. The bike was in shred mode and the pressure recommended in the manual (150 PSI rear shock and 150 PSI Shapeshifter) my weight is 68kg. I’ve already written to Canyon about it – I wonder what their decision will be because it wasn’t really my fault – it just happened – I hope they fix it somehow 🙁 has anyone of you had a similar case?
