FWIW I had an 2000s trek and it was totalled when it needed new parts. With that said I’ve been looking at used bikes in my area for the last year and almost any bike that works is 200+. I live in a somewhat hcol area though ymmv

That’s a 2003, 21 years old. It could be worth it, but you’ll have to inspect (or, if you’re not confident to, have someone who knows how) as it could be a total shed.
It wouldn’t be worth very much more (in most places) though.
