      seems like men's racing tactics reached the female peloton … I liked many women's races more recently because of better pure racing without the looking around when someone attacks … still could have been result of just far better legs (to be fair to the winner)

      Vos, Vos, Vos… Absolutely safe, unwilling to win, shameless racing at the end. Not a single damn thought about cooperating to maintain the lead in the last 10km, or at least to be in better shape if the chasers catch up. Then the same thing happens when Faulkner makes her move. What a fkn fluke silver…

      Brilliant move by Faulkner. Forcing Vos and Kopecky to either chase and likely lose out on a medal entirely or play games giving her a free ride to gold. Can't even he mad at the two. As soon as the gap opened up playing for silver was probably the best move.

      La estadounidense hizo lo que tenía que hacer,tirar. Pero las otras 3 no se enteran de nada y ha sido un ridículo espantoso…
      Se han centrado en ellas mismas porque ninguna de ellas queria tirar para coger a la estadounidense y se han pasado esos kilómetros mirándose unas a otras mientras "la vida pasaba"… Un espanto! 🤦🏻‍♂️

      Kopecky a fait presque tout le travail pour revenir et l'Américaine n'a pas pris beaucoup de relais, aussi la Belge était plus fatiguée d'avoir tiré Faulkner dans sa roue. Kopecky ne pouvait plus revenir mais jouer la deuxième place. Vos a de la chance d'être 2e, elle a perdu l'or parce que c'est ELLE qui devait réagir quand la "suceuse de roue" a démarré pour aller voler l'or.

      Textbook tactics of a time tralist to have 3 finish line punchers look at each other at her demarrage ! She had the best legs , closing the gap at Montrartre hill for Kopecky .
      Well deserved .

      Great win for US girl but how embarassing for the 3 riders behind who didnt even attempt to chase after the US girl….I dont think I have seen this pathetic behviour before at an Olympics
