A dose of the runs and a bad spot/lump on my right sitting bone. The runs have been on the cards for the last week and the spot/lump is par for the course.
Immodium for one, cream for the other.
Apart from that what an excellent day

Try using Noxzema Cream as a chamy cream. And lower your saddle.
