This reminds me of when I was researching Pirates of the Caribbean and a man named Blackbeard. Blackbeard was feared by everyone even other pirates as he was a very scary looking man. He was tall and very muscular, but what was really scary about his appearance was, he had these strings of rope tied on both sides of his beard and they were smouldering. To look at him, you'd see this giant of a man with jet black hair and beard, with smoke coming off both side of his beard. He did this to light the cannons on his ship. He would being the fuse up to gis beard and light it with the smouldering rope pieces tied in his beard.
In his final battle, it took nunerous soldiers to take him down. He was hit more than 20 times with swords and also shot nearly 8 times before falling down and it still didn't take him out he finally had to be decapitated.

Illegal? 2nd amendment. Right to bear arms. Maybe you may need a permit, but it is not illegal.
