We’ve probably had more requests for this strip of land than any other location since we launched the channel, so I figured we better check it out before we get lost in MSFS 2024. I thought it also seemed like a nice route for the BN2A Trislander by BlackBox Simulations, a VERY cool and quirky plane.

Queensland doesn't have much in the way of seasons and as the trees are mainly Eucalypts colour is pretty accurate

Nice I live in burleigh heads on the gold coast. Its not the best quality terrain wise in aus in flight sim. Hopefully msfs2024 can make it look better. I used to fly the slings outta heck field it is one skinny runway

If you're still wanting hometowns challenge to fly over i would suggest mine although i dont know how scenic it would be now property developers are building anywhere they can, although there were a lot of fields here when i was a nipper, after watching a few of your videos it inspired me to google my area and i found out so much, i already knew in my village we had a royal ordance factory but looked into it and it was one of the two biggest ww2 munitions factorys in the country but i dont know what remains of it now i live a few miles from the world famous leyland trucks and not far from the first ever motorway built in the country. I did find out tho my nearest city has the largest church spire in the country and the cathedral is 1 of only 3 in the world given something by the pope. Could fly from Liverpool to Prestons military airbase if its on your game euxton is my home village and chorley 2 miles to the east has rivington pike a big range of hills you can see from miles and miles away. I worry there might not be enough good stuff along the route tho it would be a challenge lol

Can you do a scenic flight plan around Newcastle, Australia, you can visit the main city, Hunter Valley, and Nelsons Bay, and even fly down to the Central Coast!
As an Aussie local to the area, I appreciate your in depth historical lessons as you fly about.
Also the drab look of the trees and such is actually quite accurate for down here, regardless of the time of year.
