I need a bike for casual riding on paved trails and hard packed rails. I’d like to buy a Trek hybrid bike eventually, but I don’t want to commit to a $600+ bike until I’ve put in some work this fall on something inexpensive. I figure this bike will serve me better than a Mongoose from Walmart. The guy won’t budge on the price. Please tell me to buy this bike.
