A Doncaster drug dealer who drove a stolen vehicle recklessly down narrow streets before being apprehended by pursuing officers has been jailed for three-and-a-half years.
While on mobile patrol in Wath-upon-Dearne in Rotherham, an officer’s attention was drawn to a Ford Fiesta suspected of displaying false number plates.
After following the car to a garage, Ryan Nisbet, who was driving the vehicle at the time, made off at speed.
He ignored calls to pull over and instead led officers on a 70mph pursuit down a 30mph road. Nisbet also drove 50mph down a narrow street with parked cars before crashing the vehicle and trying to escape on foot.
Officers were able to track Nisbet and apprehend him as he tried to climb over a fence near Moor Road.

I'm glad they caught him but the police also put people in danger, driving like that, it's more apparent to me being local to the area.

I’m by no means a police hater, the police can do a great job. But I am only here to leave this comment (won’t watch the video). South Yorkshire police allowed, with the Blair government and labour council, the gangs of criminals there to harm 1,400 children but not one of the 47 police investigated under those crimes were sacked, let alone prosecuted. Accordingly, I am only here to say, I have no time for what you now do until what some of you were involved in is resolved for the victims sakes.
