Twelvemile is the colloquial name for a section of unpaved CO-78 west of Beulah, CO. This gravel climb, also one of or maybe THE last unpaved Colorado highway, gains 3,400’ in 11.5 miles. It’s a good one, and it’s a keystone of the Grassroots Gravel “The Whole” ~110 mile route.
