      Amy if you have constant problem with sore bottoms, try to change your saddle, and bibs. Selle Italia doesn't work for me at all, I had go back to Fizik narrow saddle.

      Stunning scenery, friendly people, a great advert for an audax. But I"m with Kyle. You have a big smile, not a fat face.
      Hats for for riding outside. I've got back on to the Kickr this week. Not quite the same but there will be days like you had on this ride.

      Well done Amy & Kyle, great job. BTW, homemade cake where you know exactly what’s in it against a manufactured biscuit when you can’t be sure what’s in it? For me, it’s a no brainer.

      What are your average mph on flat roads as well as ascents? I am approaching 60 years old. Average 11 mph but lots of hills in the Lower Hudson Valley of New York. Just curious. Love the channel!!!!

      Please wear brighter colours. Black looks cool at home but 70% of the information the human brain processes is visual. A flash of colour will change a driver's actions.

      There are lies, damned lies and statistics. Then there are idiots, bloody idiots, and keyboard warriors who (100% wrongly, I might add) publicly tell people with known eating disorders that they have a fat face. Seriously, what is wrong with these people, apart from them probably being sad, lonely morons, doubtless still living in M&D's basement despite being in their 40s? I can only assume it's a weird and malicious form of jealousy. Amy, please please please ignore them. You're doing a great job, you most certainly don't have a fat face (or indeed a fat anything else), and the reason all these companies are sponsoring you is because you are spreading a very positive word out there.
      I'm just one of doubtless a great many examples of this: I was going to buy into Zwift this winter and had never even heard of Rouvy until you mentioned them – now I will almost certainly be going down that route instead. I've just bought a Bianchi road bike (my second), but might well have gone down the Pinarello route if anyone in or near my home town sold them – again, this would have been entirely because of you and Kyle. These companies aren't daft, and they're not giving you this "free" stuff for nothing – you're a fine ambassador! Sadly, haters are always going to hate.
