new to bike – is this a quick release?

hi guys. I know how to ride but haven’t bought a proper bike and need some help!

I live in a college town and found this Giant Cypress 2010 at $100 from an old couple on fb market but it’s an hour drive away and I have suv with no bike rack.

Would this model have a front tire quick release function if it looks like this?

I don’t know anything about bike but would like to purchase and put it in my trunk. thank you so much!
