Likely need to just change the sealant, anywhere from every 3 to 6 months.

Judging by the tread profile, those appear to be Bontrager R3 tires.
If you’re using the standard OEM Bontrager sealant, it needs to be changed every 4-6 months and it loses all sealing capabilities and just seeps out.
I would suggest using a different sealant such as Stans.
Your tire seems to have quite a lot of life left in it as its rear mounted and still has the mold seam running through the middle.
