In regards to the Maccies order, I order from a Maccies slightly further away from my "Local" Maccies as the Local one always makes mistakes / quality is much poorer. Could be the same reason for the customer in this video. Also this Maccies I order from has started doing completly sealed drinks with zero chance of spillage! Hoping they roll that out everywhere.
