  1. This guy is a rookie fisherman. If you are seriously interested in learning how to fish and don’t know how please watch someone who actually knows a thing or two about fishing

  2. If you’re fishing dirty water or matted vegetation, going braid to a leader is unnecessary. In fact, I think braid in general is overrated for most circumstances. I went braid crazy for a few years, but aside from finesse fishing and frogging I rarely use it anymore. It’s more expensive and adds unnecessary complexity to my chill time.

  3. Damn, I’ve been throwing my rods in the bed of my truck for years and I ain’t never had nothing happen. Watch that crap happen this weekend just because I’m saying something 😂. idk where else to put them

  4. i have noticed little to no difference with not using a leader or using one. so i just opted to never use a leader. even for trout still no difference. still catch as much as i do with a leader

  5. You are so wrong and ignorant it is amusing other than the fact of trying to make money by misinforming people. Even fishing for Salmon and Steelhead which are a hell of a lot more selective when it comes to baits than bass, they don’t care the vast majority of time. Period.

  6. Dont buy ur at Walmart & post videos here acting like ur a pro !!!!
Spend ur $ on the rod ,
CNC onepiece aluminum spinning rear & finally guality braid along with floro ..

  7. The only time I use those over hand knots is when I'm tiring up my weights.

The way i see it, If it gets snagged atleast the knot is not so tight that that if it does tear usually only the weight will fall off.

One thing I learned when it gets snagged. Some times if you pull with the line itself, instead of the rod. It will come off, easier.
