  1. Just wear something comfortable.
    Get yourself a helmet, if you already have one, even better.
    Learn road rules, since you are a part of traffic when riding on roads.
    If you are riding and it is getting dark, you wanna have fitted a light on the front and a red light on the back to alert druvers.
    Wear gloves, so in case of a fall, your hands aren't ripped.

  2. Been injured for the last 6 months from running looking at getting into cycling, it definitely more complicated but i suppose it'll come naturally over time
