That’s not a bad option. It looks pretty comfortable in that configuration, and as she trains and gets used to the bike she can gradually lower the stem. I say if it fits, go for it. My biggest gripe would be that the cranks seem a little long. It’s certainly not a deal breaker, but she may want to invest in shorter cranks. Long cranks on small bikes is a common problem and likely any other similarly sized bike would have the same issue. Shorter cranks would mean less muscular pain after training (able to train more often) and easier to drop that adjustable stem into a more aero position.

This is a good cheap starter, if the passion builds get something better then.
