There seems to be a growing portion of the public that appears to have a deep hatred for the police, giving rise to antisocial behaviour. Respect is at an all-time low. I know of people who have needed the police in the past, and they weren’t helpful. it’s very sad and disappointing.
I wouldn’t want to be a police officer in the uk, underpaid, hated, abused, and enforcing unfair laws such as arresting people for holding up blank bits of paper. or throwing individuals in jail for being considered publicly annoying with no real definition. i’m not sure giving them more power will help the situation. It might just make it worse and encourage a rebellion. 😢
Tbh that lad on the quad tried to Avoid the copper but the police officer moved in his way to stop him so he shouldn’t get charged for assault on a officer
