This is my city if birth and Normanton was where I grew up. A lot has changed. When i was growing up it wasnt all multicultural and you could leave your front door open in the summer and be safe. A lot of pubs have now shutdown and I still rememeber how busy it was on match days with Baseball ground not being too far away. Missed the old Derby.
Pity really for Black's. Been here since 50s yet have nothing to show.. yet these people come and within few year's they're going up and up.. black Caribbean i meant.
