Cage looks pretty out to me, laterally warped to be specific – mainly evident in photos 2 and 4. Difficult to know just how bad with the RDH so bent though, best to start with straightening the hanger and assess from there.

Replace the hanger and see if you can slightly adjust the cage, I’ll do that before replacing it

Some of the Shimano derailleurs do have a bend in the cage. As others have said, change the hanger first.
