It’s certainly one of the lugged steel frames ever! The difference in brake reach between the brake bridge and the fork crown, and the frame having eyelets whereas the fork doesn’t, leads me to believe that the fork isn’t original to the frame. Otherwise who knows – I for one can’t discern any distinguishing features!

  2. It’s a decent frame that somebody cared enough about, to do a nice bead blast and paint job. Old, cared for, but not a vintage, or they would surely have applied replacement maker’s transfers.
    (“Transfer” is English for “Decalcomania”)

  3. Judging from the frame number it was made by Panasonic in February 1989, but the fork looks like it came from an earlier, Miki-made Centurion Professional.
