That Cannondale has a better and more expensive groupset. Both frames are alloy. I’d go with the Cannondale.

What is much more important here is the sizing difference. One is a small, and the other is a 56cm which is a medium. Don’t buy a bike that won’t fit you. Research sizing on the internet.
