Purchased my original Ultimate CFR back in July and after less than a week I got an, alleged, seat tube crack. After waiting for Canyon warranty to get back they ultimately said to send back the “broken” bike and then I bought another Ultimate CFR for the same price I originally paid. Came in on Thursday and got a chance to put it together today and, Canyon forgot (???) to cut the chain because this… Pretty ridiculous this doesn’t get caught.
