Known as one of the most challenging virtual race series, I’ve decided to toss my hat (helmet?) into the mix and see just how difficult this series really is. 9 days of racing with GC standings and points racing akin to actual grand tours. Sounds like virtual road racing at its finest!
The opening stage for this tour pits us into Innsbruck with an individual time trial. Everyone’s forced onto the same bike, but we still get a choice of wheels. I’ve been designated into the Habanero class, and as such will be competing against guys of the same class. 2 flat loops in the city of Innsbruck sits between me and the competition. Will I be able to put myself into a very competitive start to the tour? Come watch me suffer to find out!
