Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Bluesky Threads I stumbled across this weird Viking frame and I wanted to share it with you. Do you know how this is supposed to work 😅 by Amazing-Shower-8951 Bicycle Bicycling Bike Biking Cycling Vintage Vintage Bicycles Vintage Bikes
redchilipeper on August 6, 2023 8:13 pm I really struggle to imagine what this would look like built into a bike, please upload some pictures if you ever do it!
troy_civ on August 6, 2023 10:04 pm Maybe this would allow for some extra low q-factor, because the crank does not need to clear the chainstays, only the tire.

JamieBensteedo on August 7, 2023 12:52 am obscure bike lover here! this is a circus frame! the construction is specifically for doing wheelies and some jumping the down tube fully passes under the bb, and the bb is wedged in a way that would be strong to stand up on the bike would lean back a fair bit, so the chain stay wouldn’t hit like you imagine
