This is unacceptable, I read the report on this, there was no immediate threat to the officers safety, he immediately escalated by going in the house shouting most likely scaring the kid which is why she ran and the taser being deployed is outrageous. This is a 10 year old, the cop is a grown adult, this was not handled properly and this officer should be charged.
Shes only getting 1 swing so move out way and disarm her. Do yous still get taught how to disarm a child ,am sure youre yraing officer would be happy you shot a child with a teaser
