Beginner here and looking for a bike for some casual cycling. Is this good and does $75 seem too good to be true?

Ehhh… it’s a fairly low- end bike from the seventies. I can’t quite tell how low- end it is though, for example, I can’t tell if the wheels are steel or aluminum (steel is much worse when braking.) I’ve seen similar bikes sell for less, but idk what your market is like, I live in a smaller city so I think bikes tend to be on the cheaper side here. Also, when you get down to a certain low price point like this, the cost of servicing a bike can easily be higher than the cost of the bike itself. So if this is in good shape it might be worth it. But probably not worth it if you find several issues.

I wouldn’t be shocked if there are better deals out there though, maybe find a few other options and make another post here with whatever other bikes are nearby and in your price range? It might also help if you include your height.
