I’m trying to install a rear rack on my bike and running into a super annoying problem. I tried my rack from my other bike and not even close to fitting so I got one with a narrower bar that attaches to the mount near dropouts.
There is still interference from this raised area and it doesn’t fit flush with either the top or bottom holes. Can I use a file or something to take the rack bar down a little? Any other solutions?
