Lady says 21 inch. I'm 5'10" so I believe it should fit well. I can see before hand. I got a free mountain bike, but really want something lighting and easier. I truly hate the suspension on the MTB.

21″ would be a bit big for you. You should be looking at ~19″.
Price is alright, not a killer deal, not a total ripoff.
