  3. I find it absolutely hilarious that this is the same guy people used as an example that you could get big legs without using weights. People kept insisting for years that he build those legs by riding a damn bike. Not only is he lifting heavy weight, but he is clearly roided to the gills as well.

  4. Whenever some fitness idiot says you shouldn't do big weights and low reps for quads, I remind them of sprint cyclists and weightlifters. Two athletes with the biggest and functionally strongest legs, mostly from low rep / high weight training. Case closed.
