    Highlights from stage 19 of the Tour de France 2023. Sprinters or breakaway? This 172.8km stage from Moirans-en-Montagne to Poligny could go either way. Whilst there are just two categorised climbs on the route, it undulates all day, with no less than 2,209m of elevation gain.

      Was really wanting to get behind Jasper when Cav went out, but after the last stage I’m struggling. Even though he is such a talented sprinter, cycling is one of the few sports that still has sportsmanship ingrained in its culture (don’t attack the yellow jersey if they fall, final stage being more of a procession for sprinters etc.), and β€˜illegally’ blocking someone joining the break is not what the athletes or fans want. Absolutely no need for yesterday’s actions, but hopefully he learns from his misjudgement and manages to put on a show on the Champs-Γ‰lysΓ©es and chucks out some insane watts!

      Loved to see Asgreen showing so much action again. And loved that the auto-generated subtitles often call him ice cream !!

      recalling else past couple days old phil the grestest commentator ever, has done some of his dam fine strong barking (not his strongest overly exited ever) on the sprints, hopefully phil will do so this weekend and stay hernia free, long live phil the great ligget

      Unbelievable….average 30mph and on a day before another mountain stage. Nielsen Powless is suffering he went deep in the beginning for Polka dots and the last week out of gas. I was hoping he would hang on to it.
