Calling out some amazing customer service/warranty support by Canyon Australia.

I found a crack in the chain stay of my 2022 CFR, sad day.

Warranty support assessed the photos and had a replacement 2023 frame heading my way which was delivered within a week.

The Canyon team in Melbourne built it up with my other parts a few days later.

I read all the horror stories on here so I thought I should share my good news story. Happy customer.

  1. Thats great to hear and i think its important to highlight the positive Feedback as well! Coming from someone who has had a very bad experience. I see this as a absolute win if they are trying to improve their customer support, because their bikes are totally awesome performance, design and comfort wise. That being said my experience was so bad i will never buy a Canyon again.
