  1. You have rim tape issues. Or possibly a problem with the seal between the valve and the inside of the rim.

    Air and sealant is leaking into the rim and taking the path of least resistance out: around one of your spoke holes.

    The only way to know the problem for sure is to pull the tire and check the tape. Tape should go from wall to wall, overlap at the valve stem, and be tight/smooth with no wrinkles/puckers/creases. The tire should sit on top of the tape so there’s a closed air chamber formed by the tape and tire.

  2. This has to be a rim tape issue or a valve issue. Either way the issue lies with the internal rim bed seal.
